About Satori

Youth Soccer Shapes Lives.

Listening, and taking action, makes the difference.

Youth soccer has the power to enrich young people’s lives. When it’s done well, it builds joy, confidence, connection, and a lasting love of the game. When experiences are unheard or misunderstood, it can lead to frustration and dropout.

At Satori, we believe the difference comes down to how well clubs understand the experiences they are creating, and what they do with that understanding. We help clubs listen more clearly, learn faster from feedback, and act with confidence to improve their environments.

Our Mission

Measure youth soccer experiences and transform feedback into actionable insights that help clubs create more joyful, engaging, and high-performing environments.

We don’t exist to produce interesting data. We exist to help clubs make better decisions, the kinds that improve everyday experiences for players and strengthen programs over time.

Our Vision

A future where youth soccer consistently enriches the lives of young people, and the adults who support them, because clubs listen, learn, and act on the experiences of those they serve.

A Growing Movement, Not Just a Service

Improving youth soccer shouldn’t just happen one club at a time; it happens faster when clubs learn together.

As more clubs participate with Satori, the impact grows. Benchmarks strengthen. Research deepens. The most effective ideas for improving player experience can be identified, shared, and adapted.

Satori serves as the hub that makes this possible. Clubs don’t just benefit from participating, they contribute to a growing body of knowledge that helps the entire youth soccer community improve.

Measure what matters so you can improve faster.

Adam Kuhn

Hi, my name is Adam and I’m living the dream. Life isn’t always rainbows and unicorns, but I’m grateful that every day I get to do work that makes a positive difference in the lives of others. When I’m not working on Satori or spending time with family, you can find me passionately coaching young footballers. Before working in youth soccer, I had an enjoyable career in management consulting, investment finance, and people analytics. I try to use this mixture of experiences to bring something different and valuable to the organizations we serve.

Natascha Glueck

Hi, my name is Natascha and I am originally from Germany. I grew up near Hamburg and moved to California when I was 14. A few years ago I lived in Colorado, where I first started working with Satori. I started part time by writing some scripts to automate parts of the survey process. Since then, I have transitioned to managing the data and operations processes. My background is in Software Development, so my main role is to build and maintain our survey system. I am the person that can help with any technical issues for questions on the survey process.

At Satori, we aspire to live joyful, humble, productive lives. We’re here to give as much as we can.

Join a growing community of clubs committed to listening, learning, and improving the youth soccer experience.

If your organization is serious about creating consistently great environments—and contributing to something larger than itself—we’d love to connect.
